They need a way to track your ride.... we've been waiting for over an hour. Unfortunately this is the only way I can safely transport my aunt to/from the doctor. One star only because the driver was kind & respectful.

The staff are completely unhelpful. You need to put in applications, they waste your time on alleged interviews, only to tell you that you still need wait three months for them to “offer assistance “, even with a disconnect notice. The people who work are paid to do nothing and they still get government subsidies and extra funding for doing nothing.

The lady told me to call her back on Friday and I did. She returned my call over 2 weeks later. She said that I had to reapply because their paperwork never made it to my mailbox. I even had the post office look for it. They said they have no record of it reaching them. She said I have to reapply now. She straight up lied about the whole thing. She claims she can’t reprint the documents either. Her whole story is false and she cannot even prove she sent anything.

They treat you as if you’re a disease. The lady that answered the phone was rude and condescending. They closed for two weeks during the Holidays with no warning. And sent out notifications through the mail. They put my case on hold without letting me know, they did so while they were closed for 2 weeks. The lady spoke to me like I should know these things without them informing me.

I've been on a wait list for like 1 or 2 can someone help with my rent this month or soon please I raise my grandkids and been on a wait list I work part time for medical reasons I'm disabled trying to get my social security back in pay after sueing NM 7 years ago they thought 🤔🧐 I had all this money but I don't if I did I wouldn't be trying to make ends meet I do have a consistent Job it's PT to help raise my grandkids can someone lead me to some help please God bless you.
